Our story began in a therapy office.
Listening to her clients share about their journaling attempts, Dr. Boyer heard their frustration with inflexible journal prompts, their boredom with writing in the same way every day, and their perceived failure when notebooks were left half-filled. After fruitlessly searching for an alternative to traditional journaling, she decided to design one from scratch, using an approach that would help her patients, and any other curious person, enjoy their writing process and succeed in their journaling goals.
